Director, Homeownership and Sales

Dana has more than 18 years of experience in banking, lending, processing and closing real estate transactions for low-income families. She began her tenure at CHN in 2007 as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator in the Home Ownership and Sales Department. She is uniquely qualified to facilitate mortgage financing and review, approve, and manage customer sales agreements for business lines and Property Closings, as she has a Mortgage Loan Origination License in Ohio. Dana became the Director of the Home Ownership and Sales Department in 2012. In this position, she manages a team of four financial counselors, and is responsible for the production and effectiveness of CHN’s Lease Purchase Program, Third Party Y16 external sales services, and CHN’s internal Loan Fund and IDA Program. Each year, her department sells and transfers approximately 90 homes to Lease Purchase Families. In 2019, Dana became the President of CHN Housing Capital, an emerging CDFI founded by CHN Housing Partners to address the deficit of affordable housing and lack of traditional home financing available to homebuyers of color, LMI homebuyers, and homebuyers with imperfect credit.
