Kate Carden has been with CHN Housing Partners since 2008. As Director of Financial Mobility, she is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of CHN’s housing counseling programs, EITC free tax preparation program, and digital inclusion work. Projects of note in this role include: the Mortgage Resolution Fund, Family Stability Initiative, and NEO Rent Help. She has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the College of Wooster and a Master’s degree in Sociology from Cleveland State University. She is on the Board of the Near West Land Trust and is an active volunteer with several other community development and youth enrichment non-profits.
