Pat is the Chief Operating Officer of CHN Housing Partners. In addition to leading youth services and community engagement for CHN, he is responsible for key CHN operations, including homeownership, mortgage lending, maintenance, energy & lead safe services. Pat joined CHN in 1989 and established a significant market-rate, single family for-sale model as well as CHN’s nationally recognized Lease Purchase Program. Pat began his career in housing in 1978 when he served as a disaster relief manager in Andhra Pradesh, India and later was the executive director of a neighborhood development corporation in the Buckeye Woodland community.
