Home Repair Programs:
You may be eligible for a loan of up to $15,000 for health and safety repairs to help maintain your home.
Homeowners within the City of North Olmsted with a household income of less than 300% of the federal poverty level may be eligible for a loan or grant of up to $15,000 for critical repairs.
Eligible homes must be single-family, owner-occupied and located in North Olmsted.
Examples include: repairs to roofs, porches and walkways, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other health and safety repairs.

You may be eligible for a grant of up to $7,500 for exterior curb-appeal home beautification repairs.
There are no income restrictions. Homeowners must be current on property taxes or on an active payment plan. Grant applicants will be asked to verify their income to assist with program reporting and determine eligibility for other home repair programs.
Eligible homes are owner occupied single or double homes located in part of a "qualified census tract" (see map below) within the Heritage Park neighborhood.
Examples include: paint and siding repair, street-visible tuck pointing, porch repair, street-visible window and door replacement and repair, street-visible waterproofing and foundation repair, driveway repair and exterior lighting replacement and repair. Moderate accessibility repairs such as step railings and trip hazard repairs are also eligible.

The Cuyahoga County Home Repair Loan Program helps eligible homeowners in Cuyahoga County maintain HUD property standards of safe, sanitary and decent housing. Eligible homeowners can receive a loan up to $20,000 for repairs while funds are available.
Eligible homeowners will have incomes at or below 120% of the area median income (AMI) for the county, and will be current on their real estate taxes or currently in a payment plan with the county.
Eligible homes are located in communities within Cuyahoga County and are single-family and owner-occupied.
Examples of repairs may include: roofs, porches, gutters, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, walks and driveways.
